Woke up early to a beautiful day...makes all the difference.
Spin class this am- very good- gives you a feeling of accomplishment early in the am ! yah!

1 hr spin
eggs,smoke salmon and savoury scone., salad
Going to a movie tonight so wont eat anything else- and just have my froyo and popcorn. Yum.
